We had Ms Mihaela Moraru as our realtor for the purchase of our new condo and we could not be happier with her professionalism and excellence. She engaged us in a process we were not sure where to start and how to go about it, took the time to meet with us and explain the process and what it involves, prepared us for every step without putting any pressure, in a very customer-oriented and reassuring manner. We always had the feeling we had someone there with us to look after our interests. Mihaela is well-informed on the neighborhoods, schools, and the surrounding areas. Once we identified a house we liked to see, she immediately scheduled appointments and went with us for the visit, while bringing all the needed information on the house, neighborhood etc. It was fortunate we had all the reports from her on a condo we liked, as that proved not to be the best option for us after reading the reports she sent. When we went one step further and put an offer on a house, she negotiated for us in highly professional manner and made herself available until late in the night during a weekend. It was only due to her professionalism and high negotiations skills we could get the desired condo at a good price and in a short time after we started the negotiations. She was excellent in including all the clauses we needed in the contact to protect our interests in the best possible way (things that we did not even think about untill she draw our attention on them). She never pressured, but showed us both good points and bad points, so we could take an informed decision. Even after our offer was accepted, she was with us every step of the way, helping us with her whole network team of lawyers, mortgage brokers, contracts etc which made all the process go very smoothly and less stressful. She called, e-mailed to ensure we are well informed, followed up on everything, joined us at different meetings and reviewed documents with us to offer more peace of mind for us as first time buyers. She succeed in turning a very stressful process into a pleasant and engaging event. The closing day also had its challenges, but Mihaela was there for us and her help was invaluable- she went above and beyond her duties as a realtor and we are very grateful for this. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a house, or in need of selling a house- she would represent her client's interests in the most professional way. When you start working with Mihaela, you not only get a realtor, but you also get a the feeling you get a friend that is always there for you in this complicated process. We could not have succeed without her help, knowledge and guidance.
